Then most the understanding's culture pays
Luxuriant harvest, nor shall Folly bring
Her aids obtrusive.--Then, with ardent gaze,
The INGENIOUS to their rich resources spring,
While sullen Winter's dull imprisoning days
hang on the vacant mind with flagging wing.
